Alzi la mano chi non conosce Temple Run! Per ovvi motivi non possiamo vedere se davvero qualcuno ignori ancora il famoso titolo di Imangi Studio, ma siamo quasi sicuri che i nostri lettori siano più che informati sulla sua esistenza e magari hanno provato anche tutte le alternative disponibili su Google Play.
Il gioco ha ottenuto un incredibile successo ed i giocatori fanno correre costantemente i personaggi principali che per tutta la loro vita avranno solo questo scopo. In Zombie Run HD, invece, i protagonisti dovranno gareggiare anche da morti!

Gameplay

Zombie Run HD, dunque, è un nuovo gioco per Android che sorge dall’immensa fama di Temple Run. Come abbiamo già detto questo titolo è del tutto identico al runner game, ma questa volta a correre non sarà il classico avventuriero, la protagonista di Brave oppure il Mago di OZ, bensì dei morti viventi!
Pur essendo un ammasso di carne putrefatta, dobbiamo ammettere che gli zombie non avranno problemi a seminare i loro inseguitori che vogliono rinchiuderli. Per una volta non dovrete assassinare o schiacciare i morti viventi, bensì ci sarà bisogno di vestire i loro panni e correre!

    

Se avete giocato molto a Temple Run non dovreste avere problemi a trionfare in Zombie Run HD che integra lo stesso identico sistema di gioco. Proprio come ci ha insegnato Imangi Studios, ci sarà bisogno di saltare per evitare alcuni ostacoli o semplicemente per superare le zone interrotte. Inoltre, dovrete effettuare dei rapidi swipe sullo schermo per svoltare in modo da non finire nell’acqua ed anche scivolare sotto degli ostacoli. non manca la possibilità di cambiare leggermente direzione inclinando il dispositivo Android e, in questo modo, potrete anche prendere le tante pozioni verdi che rappresentano la moneta del gioco.
Durante la nostra prova abbiamo constatato che il titolo potrebbe risultare più complesso di Temple Run. In alcuni casi, sarà necessario effettuare velocemente molteplici azioni per non cadere e, come nei vari endless game del genere, quando la vostra corsa sarà interrotta dovrete cominciare dall’inizio.

    

Con i soldi guadagnati potrete acquistare i classici power-up, come ad esempio la possibilità di aumentare la velocità, lo scudo, la calamita per prendere le pozioni con facilità e così via. In questo caso, ci aspettavamo maggiore “originalità”, ma quello che riuscirà a soddisfarvi è la possibilità di comprare nuovi “orrendi” zombie. Questi ultimi sono sicuramente la carta vincente di Zombie Run HD, infatti, potrete sbloccare l’avventuriero di Temple Run, l’eroinica di Brave, Santa Claus e molti altri personaggi assurdi!

Grafica e suoni

Zombie Run HD è un perfetto clone di Temple Run, quindi non poteva porre attenzione anche alla grafica e alla colonna sonora. Lo scenario risulta simile a quello del gioco originale di Imangi Studio, ma meno dettagliato e sicuramente più ripetitivo. Vi troverete in questa palude e gli elementi da aggirare saranno quasi sempre gli stessi. Quello che ci lascia stupiti è la trasformazione di famosi personaggi in dei perfetti zombie in decomposizione.
La colonna sonora di accompagnamento è un mix di tamburi e di musica mixata che ricorda molto quella di Temple Run.
